To place an order either give us a call or pop us an email. Files should be sent via the likes of wetransfer or dropbox, or by email only if small in size – please resist the temptation to send heavy attachments, or files embedded in the body of an email.
Below is some helpful information about our printing process. Please read through the entire checklist before getting in touch. We print your file exactly as it is saved so it’s very important to check this info to avoid delays in the process, or disappointment with the final results.
REQUIRED FILE SPEC
PROFILE: Adobe RGB (not CMYK).
DPI: Files should ideally be saved at 300dpi minimum.
FILE TYPE: Jpeg or Tiffs (not PDFs/PNGs), and please ensure any layers are flattened before sending through.
SIZE: Files must be saved to the exact print size you require (n.b. no bleed), including any border you wish to have. They must be sized correctly before being sent to us (otherwise re-sizing costs £3.50 per image).
FILES: Should be sent to us via wetransfer, dropbox or equivalent, and only as an email attachment if small in size. If you would like to drop your files off in person please contact us to arrange an appointment to do so.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
– Standard P&P to the UK (for A2 and smaller, classed as a Small Parcel) starts from £6 via Royal Mail First Class and takes 1-5 working days.
– For larger than A2 (i.e. Medium Parcel, basically any print with a shorter dimension of 43cm or more, plus A3’s sent flat) P&P starts from £8.
– For a little added security, 1st Class Signed For P&P starts from £7 for Small Parcels and from £9 for Medium Parcels.
– Next Day Delivery (before 1pm, UK only) starts from £10 (or from £15 if sent on a Friday to arrive on a Saturday).
– European P&P (International Tracked) from £13
– Worldwide P&P (International Tracked) from £17
– please note that postage to the USA, Australia and NZ increased by an additional £3-5 in 2020, so we will confirm the final price upon postage.
Large / heavier orders may need to be sent in multiple packages and the cost can increase, but we will advise you of this when you order / as your order takes shape. We typically send prints sized A3 and larger rolled in a postal tube, whilst under A3 is sent flat in a book wrap.
COLLECTION: If you would like to collect from the studio you will need to make an appointment via email or call us on the number below. It is free if you bring your own portfolio / tube / envelope etc to transport your prints in, otherwise postal tubes cost £2 (S) / £2.50 (M) / £3 (L).
